Get your purchases back
New phone or reinstalled the app? Open the app's paywall or Packs screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
Cancel or change a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google, so you manage them there. iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions. Android: Google Play, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Canceling at least 24 hours before renewal stops the next charge.
Refunds
Apple and Google process all payments, so refunds go through them. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: your Google Play order history, then Request a refund.
Your data
Our apps keep your family's information on your phone. No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Deleting an app deletes what you saved in it.

Old Head vs. New Gen
Family slang showdown. Parents decode the kids, kids decode the parents.
- Packs and Unlock Everything are one-time purchases. Tap Restore Purchases on the Packs screen to get them back on a new phone.
- Family Inside Jokes cards stay on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.
18 Summers
Count the summers, plan the weekends, keep the memories.
- Kids, photos, plans and memories stay on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them, so export your Memory Book first if you have Premium.
- Reminders are set on your phone. If one does not show up, check that notifications are on for 18 Summers in your phone settings.
Daddy Do
Step-by-step hairstyles for dads, for sons and daughters, for every hair type.
- Kid profiles and progress stay on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them.
- Some Gear links may earn us a small commission. It never changes your price.
Dinner Table Daily
One question and three trivia a night. Get more than "Fine" at dinner.
- Family names and ages stay on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them and your streak.
- The dinner reminder is set on your phone. If it does not show up, check that notifications are on for Dinner Table Daily.
Why, Dad?
Calm, honest, age-right answers to the hard questions kids ask.
- Your kids, saved answers and settings stay on your phone. Settings > Start over erases them, and deleting the app deletes them too.
- The whole library is built into the app, so it works offline. If a topic looks locked, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
Earn Your Screen
Screen time your kids earn with real-world missions.
- Pair the parent phone and the kid device with the 6-digit code. If they stop syncing, check that both have an internet connection and open the app on each.
- If the lock stops working on the kid device, open Earn Your Screen there and turn Usage Access and Display over other apps back on.
- Start over on the parent phone erases your family from our sync server.
