These terms are between you and Frankly Built LLC, a Florida company (“we”, “us”), and cover your use of the Daddy Do app. By using the app, you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so here they are in plain English.
The app
Daddy Do teaches parents to do their kids’ hair with step-by-step hairstyle guides, diagrams and short articles. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA, https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA disagree, the Standard EULA wins for App Store users.
Free and Premium
Five starter styles for sons and five for daughters are free, along with the first steps of every style, the Learn articles, the Gear tab and badges.
Daddy Do Premium unlocks every style in the library, including new ones as we add them. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription:
- Plans: $19.99 per year or $2.99 per month in the United States. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store or Google Play and shown before you buy.
- Free trial: new subscribers may get a 7-day free trial when the store offers it. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you’re charged for the plan you picked.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Canceling: manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings or in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions, or tap Settings > Manage subscription in the app. Canceling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: Apple and Google handle payments and refunds under their own policies. We can’t issue refunds for store purchases directly.
- Price changes: if the price ever changes, the store will tell you first, as its rules require.
Your stuff
Everything you enter (names, hair details, progress, photos on a share card) is yours and stays on your phone. We don’t have a copy and can’t restore it if your phone is lost or the app is deleted. Please only add photos you have the right to use.
Hair how-tos, not professional advice
The styles, tips and articles are practical guidance from us for everyday hair care at home. They are not medical advice and not a substitute for a pediatrician, dermatologist or licensed stylist. Be gentle: stop if anything hurts, keep styles loose at the hairline, and check products for allergies. For scalp problems, hair loss or lice, talk to your child’s doctor. You’re responsible for how you use the guides.
Links and affiliate links
The app links to outside websites, including health information and product pages. We don’t control those sites. Some product links in the Gear tab may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we recommend, and the app says so where the links appear.
Videos
Some styles may include how-to videos streamed from our media server. Availability can change, and a style works without its video.
Things you agree not to do
Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, try to get around Premium, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
No warranty
We work hard on the app, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Frankly Built LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If we make a significant change to these terms, we’ll update the effective date and, where it matters, tell you in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it (and canceling any subscription in your store account).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

Affiliate links
The Gear tab in Daddy Do recommends a starter kit of hair tools (brushes, combs, spray bottles, elastics, clips, a bonnet and the like). The “See picks” buttons may link to products on other stores.
Some of those links are affiliate links. If you buy something after tapping one, Frankly Built LLC may earn a small commission from the store, at no extra cost to you.
- We pick what goes in the kit before any link is added, and a commission never changes what we recommend.
- We are not paid to review products, and we don’t publish paid reviews or testimonials.
- Prices shown in the app are rough ranges, not live store prices. The store’s page has the current price.
- The store you visit handles the purchase and may use cookies to credit the referral, under its own privacy policy. Daddy Do itself does not track you.
The same disclosure appears in the app, on the Gear tab: “Some links may earn Daddy Do a small commission. It never changes what we recommend.”
