Process
Find the pain. Then build the fix.
Most small business owners don't need more options. They need someone to look at the whole thing, tell them what matters, and handle it. That is the job.
Intake
You fill out a short form (about five minutes) so I understand your business, what you sell, and where it hurts. Then we talk for fifteen minutes. I ask more than I pitch.
Diagnosis
I come back within a few days with a one-page plan: the two or three things costing you the most, what I would do about them, in what order, and a fixed price. You can take it or leave it.
Build
You approve. I build. You get a short update every week with something to look at, and you sign off on each piece before it goes live.
Handoff
Everything lands in accounts you own. I walk you or your team through it on a recorded call and leave written instructions you can find later.
Care (optional)
If you would rather not think about it, a monthly plan keeps it running, handles small changes, and includes a quarterly check-in on what to fix next.
Questions people ask
Straight answers.
Do I have to leave WordPress?
No. If your site works and the problem is somewhere else, I'll tell you. If it is slow, insecure, or costing you money in plugins and updates, I'll move you to something that doesn't need babysitting.
What does "local AI" mean?
The AI runs on a machine in your office instead of someone else's server. Your customer data, contracts and files never leave the building. It costs more up front and less every month, and it is the right call for medical, legal, financial and anyone with a privacy obligation.
How long does a build take?
A fix is usually one to two weeks. A full website is three to five weeks. An AI workflow depends on how many systems it touches, and I'll give you a date in the plan.
Who actually does the work?
I do. I use AI tooling heavily, which is why I can move fast and keep prices sane, but every decision, design and line of copy goes through me.
Do you work outside Miami?
Yes. Most of the work is remote. I'll come to you for local businesses in South Florida when it helps.
Next step
Not sure what you need?
That is the point of the intake.
Fifteen minutes of questions. I come back with the pain points, the fix, and a fixed price. No obligation.
